Hours
Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. Evening and weekend work is available at £105 an hour when that is less disruptive than taking your systems down during the working day.

You get a reply the same working day. If it is straightforward we will sort it on the phone. If it needs a visit we will find a time that suits you, including outside office hours. If it turns out I am not the right person for the problem, I will say so and point you somewhere better.

Cambridge and across Cambridgeshire, including Ely, St Ives, St Neots, Huntingdon, Cambourne, Sawston and the surrounding villages. Remote support and consulting anywhere in the UK.
What things cost

Anything else is £70 an hour, two hour minimum on site and one hour remote. Evenings and weekends £105 an hour. Consulting is scoped and quoted as a fixed price. No contracts and no monthly fees.
