How a website project actually goes
A conversation, not a brief
Most small businesses do not know what they want in web terms, and they should not have to. They know what their customers ask them, what they keep having to explain, and what they wish people understood before picking up the phone. That is the useful material and it comes out of a conversation.
Built to be edited by you
Every site is built so you can change the words yourself without calling me. If you want me to make changes instead, that is fine, but you should never be locked out of your own website.
Hosting and support in one place
Most of these sites are hosted with me as well. When the website, the email and the IT are looked after by one person, nobody gets to blame the other one when something breaks. That is worth more than it sounds.
It stays yours
Your domain is registered in your name. You get the logins. If you ever want to move somewhere else, I will help you do it rather than make it difficult.
Thinking about a new site?
Call 07706 601114 and tell me about your business. I will tell you honestly whether you need a new website or whether the one you have just needs looking after properly.
